An initial meeting or telephone conference call to discuss your requirements with no obligation to proceed Preparation of a Buyers Brief detailing all the clients requirements via a series of face to face or telephone conference consultations Comprehensive search for the best properties using our extensive network of agents and personal contacts Onsite pre-inspections of all listed properties Presentation to the client of tailor-made Property Report which shortlists the most suitable choices, including photos and videos to help you obtain a sense of the property A final ‘agreed’ shortlist and arrangement of accompanied viewing of the chosen properties; To Undertake all negotiations with the vendors / the vendors’ agent and acting on your behalf up to completion Advice on all aspects for transferring of funds into and out of Brazil Assist and advise regarding all legal
PROPERTY FINDING FEES
Registration Fee
In order to act upon instructions to search for a property an up-front registration fee of 1000R$ is required.
This Fee provides for Establishing a detailed brief from the client for the property search Undertaking a detailed property search, previewing properties on behalf of the client; sending photos/videos Refining search and producing shortlist for viewing with the client Negotiating on behalf of the client with vendors or vendors representatives; Assist client, if required with appointment of lawyers or accountants Attending Notary signing with client and clients legal representative Note: This fee covers a period of 6 months. at the end of that period if an appropriate property purchase has not taken place and the client wishes to continue the search, a further registration fee is required
Success Fee 4% of property sale value The success fee is payable at the time of contract of sale exchange.
