Starting Fee
Once you have decided you want to work with Rio Property Services for renovation, a starting fee will be required. The Starting fee covers all aspects of the planning process from providing you with the plan and budget to briefing the team and contracting specialists.

2,500R$ One Room studio flat
3,500R$ Floor Area up to 120m2
4,500R$ Floor Area up to 220m2
Above 220m2 prices to be negotiated
Project Management Fee
This is chargeable at a rate of 15% (minimum 6,000R$) of the total expenditure on any building work, materials purchase or renovation work.
